Welcome to the Fashion History Project – an evolving and dynamic initiative bringing together the Fashion Management and Digital Business Management BComm programs, along with the Humber & University of Guelph-Humber Library & Archives to create a living, student-led museum & digital archive.
Launched in Fall 2023, this annual initiative culminates each December with a one-day physical exhibit at the Lakeshore campus, led by students in the 20th Century Fashion History course. Working in collaborative teams, students curate themed “collections,” with each student contributing a personal object for display that supports their team’s narrative.
This cross-program initiative brings together history and technology to create an inclusive, collaborative learning experience that bridges disciplines and brings fashion history to life.
